He has experience of over 40 years in the textile industry from the set up ofthe yarn spinning business to handling of production, manufacturing and exporting handmade and value added shawls.
In 1980s he started the development of the company's verticalized production cycle in the natural fibre business.
Under his intellectual capital, experience and goodwill Nirmal today is an internationally recognized company.

He attended the Mayo College in Aimer (India) and MBA from Swinburne University of Tecnology (Australia).
He joined the family business gradually and now he is responsible of financial control & HR management, Innovation & Designing, tecnology implementation (ERP, SCM, CRM), International sales and marketing, taking the organization forward to the future.
